This was from my previous computer which was using a readon x1650 and a pentium 4. My aim was bad cuz fraps was lagging me pretty bad (if you can't notice :P). My new computer is decent though (nvidia 9600gt, intel core 2 quad Q6600 @ 3GHz, 2GB ram) so this problem wont happen in my next oblivion video.
