The so called 公主病 or 港女 is happening all over the world. I disagree with some of the male comments ~ I think they are frustrated that they are single.

What it boils down to is maturity, you rarely see women in their 30s diagnosed with 公主病. Just let 港女 have their way, they're not wise enough for love yet.

Tip for guys ~ the so called 港女 are looking for someone to take charge, their bitching behavior is there to test you. Past their tests and they'll come running after you like bees.

i think part of the traits resulted from girls' competitiveness. they feel like it's also their reputation if they marry UP a guy and don't want people think they marry DOWN. they tend to compare their husbands among the group and see who "wins" and feel good about themselves.
