more then likely it's the software updates thats causing it. You can unfreeze it by pressing the left arrow key and down position at the same time.

im not saying zunes are bad but ipods are alot better from what ive heard and seen. I have never had a zune but ive had a ipod nano and touch. You cant beat an ipod the only mps that can get cloe is a walkmen or watever u call it. Ipods are a lil pricy but r worth it and are great quality!
