Guys this horse is simply a winner, no need to describe him. Now if I may please let me just tell you about my favourite, the Barb from North Africa. If you like the Arabian I think you will like the Barb, taller, tougher, breathtaking sheer defiance, neighing and prancing around like the mighty beast he is! Check any pages on CHEVEAUX FANTASIE(Morocco). The Godolphin Barb (sometimes misnamed Arab) was a founding sire of the thoroughbred bloodline, 1724 to 1754. Terriffic sprinters, outstanding.
I know a little bay Arabian gelding named Prince. He's a twerp and a brat, but he's gorgeous. His owner thrashes him, yanking on his head and hitting his face with the reins. He's a pain, but he doesn't deserve that. I don't care if she's a brilliant shower.
Do you now if any of these horses are asil? Obviously some aren't, purebred Arabs don't come in paint colorings, roan, cremello, or palomino, etc. But some look asil (purest of the pure).

Now I insist check the Barb from Morocco, then check our horse, the Spanish purebred (still called the Andalucian by foreigners), I reckon you will fall in love with both of these. Our horse has Arab and Barb blood, Arabs and Moors conquered Spain after Romans and Goths and stayed 800 years from the 8th century to the 15th, so imagine. Good luck with your saddlebreds.
I agree this is a most beautiful breed, and yes though not the oldest as I agree with horsesmylife78 it is the Akhal-Teke as a friend of mine ownes one and told me there the oldest breed. Originated in Turkmenistan, neighbors Afganistan and Iran. I wonder what ever happened to Padron. He must be around 25 or 30 now.Now that was an Arabian. Pure poetry in motion.

However, saying any breed of horse "won't kick you when you fall off" is ridiculous; horses are individuals. Depending on their training, temperment, and experience, any horse is potential dangerous or docile.
the nose of a brave arab horse is shaped like the air intake of a super sport car , it needs to be big and wide to allow for maximim air intake for cooling purposes and to keep breathing easy when accelerating.

That's hilarious! I guess the "show" Arabians you've worked with represent all the Arabians in the world, right? Maybe they're just to smart for you and your methods or maybe they hate what they are doing? Come watch an endurance event, our horses are brilliant and happy, loyal, friendly and trust worthy. Ever ride miles in the dark on a winding narrow trail and not be afraid? I wouldn't do that on a stupid horse, but my Arabs? Oh yeah, baby!

Many times they DO hate their job and people think they are stubborn, untrainable or stupid. I think all horses should have the job that suits them and the ones I see most, usually arabians, not just mine, seem to love their "job". And they are quite smart.

The oldest living breed I believe is the Przewalski (sp?) horse. I never said that there was something wrong with the Arabian breed. To be honest, EVERY horse is beautiful. So what some don´t step as high as others or they don´t arch their neck enough? It doesn´t make them less beautiful.
Besides, these horses haven´t been PS-morphed. No self-respective breeder would do that and if they´re not that "important", why would anyone modify them?
ya some people photo shop pictures of arabians but most of them don't i only know 1 farm that photo shops pictures of arabs. MOst of the arabian stallions have very dished heads look at videos of arabs you cant photoshop videos!
my favorite breed is the blazer and the clydedale i like the throubreed and the quarter horse i am not a fan of aribans but i do like the way they ride it is really smooth like walking on clouds!!!!! good video

The Przewalski's horse is the oldest living horse breed.
Also, many dispute that the Akhal-Teke and Caspian (especially) came before the Arabian.....both being the forefathers of the breed.

He who sings the second song is the same singer as the first song, Jan Werner Danielsen, a Norwegian singer, the song is called "Wonder Child"

I had ridd an arabian horse for 6 years at the club and it is amazing ,incredible inteligent and understanding its the best breed that exists and the oldest,NICE MOVIE

i know someone that HATES Arabs with a passion, she thinks all they are is a fancy breed on a piece of paper, but i completly disagree. I think that they are the most loving horse breed of all, they are loyal and always try their hardest to please.... Just because they walk proudly DOES NOT mean that they are " Up Themselves " as she put it, it just means they are proud of what they are.. Please dont mis-judge these lovely animals, they may just not be your kind of horse... beautiful video... x

That's hilarious! I guess the "show" Arabians you've worked with represent all the Arabians in the world, right? Maybe they're just to smart for you and your methods or maybe they hate what they are doing? Come watch an endurance event, our horses are brilliant and happy, loyal, friendly and trust worthy. Ever ride miles in the dark on a winding narrow trail and not be afraid? I wouldn't do that on a stupid horse, but my Arabs? Oh yeah, baby!

i never said that ALL arabians are stupid i just said the ones i work with are a little messed up..lol and its not like im a beginer i have been to youth nataional and won it.. and i have saddle broke 1 of my trainers babys .....so i wouldnt be talking...and im sure your horses are gr8 i never said anything against yours..

Well I'm glad you said that because your comment was "i think arabians are pretty but they are stupid". I don't like to read generalizations like that, especially about such a noble creature! Many times they DO hate their job and people think they are stubborn, untrainable or stupid. I think all horses should have the job that suits them and the ones I see most, usually arabians, not just mine, seem to love their "job". And they are quite smart.

so what is it now? i know some people trying to take music away from us along with peotry ,arts ,litterature , philosophia , genorosity , courage , history , strengh....what left our purity in race and in our horses .? the oldest kind of horses in history and the only pure. and i hate the fact that english people and spanish mixed their horses blood with ours it s sick . arabian horses are holy and they should stay pure as arabic people .good luck chettlehoss ,find another way to discourage us

The oldest living breed I believe is the Przewalski (sp?) horse. I never said that there was something wrong with the Arabian breed. You might want to stop being so defensive when someone makes a legitimate comment. I was never trying to discourage anyone. I was only pointing out a fact. Good luck to you too.

lol. photoshopped? There is no thing such as a ugly horse.......there are ugly humans tho. u shud know. I think all breeds are beautiful, especially Andalusians, Lusitiano's, and those kinds. :) But Arabians are beauty's too. What the heck, all breeds have got their own personality and beauty..

we have a farm in north africa and we have all kind of horses ,the only one is missing is the mustang ,we have arabian, english,berber..the arabic one is the most sensitive one , he reacts along with his master , sometime i ride to go see my friend in her father s land and i can tell how good mood SHIHAB IS AFTER WE LEAVE HER , I GET HAPPY SO HE DOES THEN I TEASE HIM WITH THAT I HAVE A LOVER AND HE START SHOWING OFF THAT HE CAN BE A PLAY BOY TOO. WHEN WE REACH OTHER FEMALES HE LIFTS HIS TAIL

Alright, that´s no reason to get rude.
To be honest, EVERY horse is beautiful. So what some don´t step as high as others or they don´t arch their neck enough? It doesn´t make them less beautiful.
Besides, these horses haven´t been PS-morphed. No self-respective breeder would do that and if they´re not that "important", why would anyone modify them?

ya some people photo shop pictures of arabians but most of them don't i only know 1 farm that photo shops pictures of arabs. MOst of the arabian stallions have very dished heads look at videos of arabs you cant photoshop videos!

my favorite breed is the blazer and the clydedale i like the throubreed and the quarter horse i am not a fan of aribans but i do like the way they ride it is really smooth like walking on clouds!!!!! good video
