@hobo8675309 ha, after 30 some odd years its 3% complete (97% incomplete). It is Paolo's fault though, should have taken an econ course at some point. Don't get me wrong, the idea of arcology makes total sense and is great, but you need to "sell" it to the world if you want to make any progress on it. Sad to say w/ the low viewer-ship, 3% completion, and economic ruin of the plan, nothing will come from it.
do they have public schools? what about a hospital?
