  • love this song!!!

  • I LOVE this song! I found about the song on Guitar Hero :D

  • This is the best video ever she sings like an angel <3

  • not christain

  • God couldn't have worded it better himself :)

  • (: faveeee song next 2 all around me!!!

  • i love this song!

  • FLYLEAF---"AGAIN"

  • i dont beleive in god at all, there isnt just one way to look at lyrics. there multiple. i see the lyrics differently then she probably intended. but hey, isnt that an artists job? to relate to everyone not to just one specific group?

  • @GlassCagedBat According to wikipedia (oh yay) "Their faith influences their music, but lead singer Lacey Mosley doesn't believe that necessarily makes Flyleaf strictly a Christian band"

    So I'd say, yeah, you're right. :P

  • i love flyleaf

  • This song needs to stop ending!

  • How can anyone NOT like this song? It might be just my opinion, but I think this song is amazing no matter how you interpret it. I guess we can't all appreciate art. Oh well.

  • this is going to be in guitar hero. O_O

  • @videogamesinginggirl lol it is :D on warriors of rock :D

  • love the lyrics. and her voice is just awesome!

  • this girl ROCKS!very deep song

  • lalala...everybody is writing paragraphs about religion...How about I dont care who made me, Imma just live my life and then thank them when I'm dead for the fun experience <33

  • @Shojoable SOO true. XD

  • I'm a proud atheist, no one will change me. I don't look at any of their songs with a religious view.

But maaan I love flyleaf's music. ; ] She puts so emotion into her singing.

  • Love it ♥

  • you know, I'm just putting this out there since apparently even if I dont check the comments when I listen to this song nor comment in my own right, people still feel the need to throw their two cents in, I've gotten several that are essentially the same thing, and very few that actually get where I'm coming from. I never thought I would have to ask something this rude but apparently I am. Stop replying to any comment that I made here, period. Youre religious, great, God watch over you, I'm not.

  • @Bastion83 sadly some people are just arragont, and feel the need to get their two cents, heres mine, F*** them. just flag each one of their responses as spam. possiblely report them for anything you can think of. I dislike people that feel the need to shove what they believe down others throats. so i end this with have you ever camped on a beach for a month straight? it is really really awesome. something about what you said. i just went to enjoy Gods gifts to us. Thank you friend.

  • @805RedNeck *bows* No, thank you.

  • Dig this one. Peace only comes through our Lord Jesus Christ. Joh 14:27

  • i finally know what this is about if you listine the original version of this before they changed the words . she is talking about living again and she is talking about God too i heard her.

  • I serious obsession with this song lol <3 i love it xx

  • I dont really have to defend my views on God or Man to anyone or anything. Whether or not one has a relationship with God it is meant to be personal and individual. Anyone who has a problem with that can be silent. Again, love this song and band. :)

  • @Bastion83 Only to God on the final judgment. And every knee will bow.

  • @Brucev7 mine won't

  • @ragetyrant Yes. repent and accept the lover of your soul.

  • @Brucev7 repent? repenting is for thise who feel bad for the so called sins they have commited right? well i don't feel bad for anything i've done. and as for the lover of my soul- he stoped loving a long time ago.

  • @ragetyrant Repenting is for a person who needs salvation. Who can choose to have eternal life. Correction, you stopped.

  • @Brucev7 I stopped because i felt nothing, saw nothing, if he really cared he would have showed me something, anything, him not caring is the reason i turned

  • @ragetyrant Until your ready, you won't be able to see or feel. I see Him in the birds, the trees, a little baby's laughter. The birth of a child. the love of a good Christian woman. The kindness of a stranger. An unexpected gift. A kind word in a very tough day. Sometimes we a we expect a miracle, something 100' high, and it's right here. It has been there all along.

  • @Brucev7 It's funny how you can see god in all those things. Do you see god in murder? How about in cancer? It is funny how often people talk about god hiding in things like love and child birth, but never the opposite, never I saw god in the eyes of a child molester. Maybe it is just me.

  • @Makotooth What do you mean by that?

  • @Brucev7 I mean that seeing God in one thing and not another seems very selective, even convenient to me. Considering he is "the creator" anything you see would be from him. So why is he credited for the best of things and not mention with the worst of things?

  • @Makotooth Good question. God is pure, is good, is truth, is love. He can not be "bad."

  • @Makotooth thats because you saw satan in those eyes

  • @xXxteaxXx7 But isn't that an awfully simple explanation? God takes all the credit for the good things in life and gives Satan all the bad stuff? Blaming it on Satan seems like such a simple way to go through life.

  • @xXxteaxXx7 I am an atheist btw. So I don't see God nor Satan in anything, I simply see reality.

  • @Makotooth Yes. God created "reality." But He gave you free will to choose what reflects His attributes. And as you know, we do not always choose what is pure, what is good.

  • @Brucev7 Ok, but what about evil things that happen outside of humans control? Free will or not, death and diseases happen frequently. Children born with aids and leukemia, I am pretty sure that they had no choice in being born with such diseases. I refuse to see how a benevolent, pure, good and truthful "God" would allow something as innocent as a child to suffer and die. Even if we are all supposedly born with "original sin".

  • @Makotooth Remember we live in a fallen, disease filled world. A world that is deteriorating. That's why we have a choice to redeem the fallen state we are born with by salvation from God in grace through His Son Jesus Christ. Accept it. What have you got to loose?

  • @Brucev7 I envy your conviction, for believing in a God who sits by silently while the world which he created slips into chaos, for being able to put your faith into something which is generally accepted as not true. I also pity you, for never giving yourself credit for your own achievements, never seeing the true beauty of life as it being a rare happening and not some Gods design. I have everything to loose by following God, by casting off myself to become nothing more than a slave.

  • @Makotooth

In fact the world uses to be living in Chaos, Gods will is to save not to make us humans suffer but we humans are the ones who chose to suffer. Jesus path is the way to go

  • @MonicaLovesYou91 Blindly following the path before you still amounts to nothing more than slavery.

  • @Brucev7 Furthermore why give us free will at all? What a horrible joke it is to say, here is free will but also a list of rules that you can not violate or I will burn you and send you to hell! That is the equivalent of putting a chocolate cake infront of a child, telling him he can eat the cake, but afterwards he will be punished if he does. What exactly does that teach him?

  • @Makotooth I'm so glad He did. I don't think you would find too many that would want to be a robot. Your, our fore parents choose to disobey, to seek outside paradise, He knew this, so He had the perfect plan of redemption in grace through salvation in Christ. We learn and know the difference in good and bad. We know we should chose good. Chose love. Chose to help others, to care about them. Looking not at ourselves, but others, the greater good.

  • @Brucev7 What greater good? A eternal life of servitude? What is the point of making things you supposedly love but cast out of paradise for doing something as simple as eating a fruit? Why make this planet, to test us? Who is he to test me or anyone else?

  • @Makotooth ya, same here even tho both of my parents are "christians" :/

  • @ragetyrant sometimes you just have to take a step of faith

  • She sounds good here; and I do like the song. But apparently she can't sing very well live.

  • @KingLefebvre so I've heard.

  • awsome i love this song it keeps a beat throughout!!!!!! its a 10:)

  • yeah this girl gives me the goosebumps when she sings very clear and forward i like it

  • she is a awesome singer

  • Honestly I think this is an autobiography of Lacey. after all she fought with her 5 other sisters and single mother. She started doing drugs and became a devout atheist. But after a horrible fight with her mom she moved in with her grandma who took her to a church to "purify" her soul. Lacey became a christian and her life turned around. So this kind of about her having to surrender herself in order to fix her issues. Its about love too

  • @jarlmaster47 It is about love : ) strugles, finding a place in God's arms

and being in a place where at your peace

and not worrying? ok maybe not so much worrying IDK.

  • yeah I agree

  • I know not every song they write may be about God but, I look over the and really listined to the song I think I found new meaning.

  • care to share?

  • @jarlmaster47 I agree it's about surrendering But it's kinda hard for me to explain I just can't find the to discribe it right now.

  • Comment removed

  • you are totally right!!!!

  • i think the way there music can mean so many things god ot not kinda says something about how good they are

  • i just like the song

  • That's how I interpret the song too Aregon.

  • no its not this song is about new begining lacey sadi it herself it is relgius but not about god shes preeching new beginings to someone. and there not a christian band they said it themselves.

  • Songs mean different things to everyone. I do think this song is Christian, thats my interpretation, I mean they are a chrisitan band? Geesh, us "spiritual christians". harsh much?

  • they arnt a christian band lacey has said that there not christian thinck before you open ur mouth btw im christian to.

  • they say they aren't a christian band but are christians , some of that stuff seems to come through in thier songs.

  • because any time a song sounds remotely spiritual Christians try to mark it as theirs. Thats why all the talk on the subject. No one can simply enjoy a song anymore.

  • im christian and i agree

  • Comment removed

  • @Bastion83 it's not that Christians mark it theirs, it's a christian band, and the song's about starting over. (she said it herself)In my thoughts it has a religious side, and a personal side, it's only what you choose. I enjoy it because I just love every message I've managed to get from it, both religious and non religious :)

  • *bows* a very keen viewpoint. I guess my big issue is that with songs like this it sometimes seems that Christians see only the religious meaning. I'm a Christian myself but I have a fairly unique view. I look at nature and admire the works of God, I look at great cities and admire the creativity of those who designed it etc and admire whatever inspired them. I choose to admire the creativity of man because its God's greatest gift to us. I dont look for the divine in everything.

  • @Bastion83 well put, my friend.

  • not to sound like an ass, but your view isn't that unique. It's the view everyone should have. It would put an end to a lot of the non religious vs. religious arguments. I do applaud you btw, not a lot of people can find wonder in the world anymore.

  • @805RedNeck no worries, I know its not utterly unique, just feels like it a lot as I live in the bible belt and get looked at as a nut by more than I would prefer. Thanks for the kind word and enjoy your day

  • @Bastion83 there is no god lol

    there is no greatest gift

there is only inspiration by other people or by the halucinations of your own mind

    and creativity to the same

    God does not exist, tbh.

however I do respect your viewpoint on the rest.

  • @XblacksocksX there are many ways to let one know you are an atheist. Most of them better than the one you just used. There are a great many that I consider friends and whose opinions I respect. Your's isn't one of them. Your belief in no higher power makes this opinion no more factual than my believe in one makes mine factual. Piss off, your respect I dont need.

  • @XblacksocksX What an arrogant way to let the world know your an atheist. Your beliefs are no more factual than mine can be proven to be. Piss off. You psuedo respect I don't need.

  • @Bastion83 thank you kind mr sir

  • @XblacksocksX why do you say their is no God? and if you dont believe in God then why are you here disgracing what we hold dear to us? Why are you trying to force us to believe what you believe? how about you just go away untill you respect others and what they believe?

  • @805RedNeck i never forced you. besides my comment was like 3yrs old?

and why does the priest rape children?

and why more than 50% of the wars go between or about muslims, christians, cathlics, buddhists, hoeddhists, jehovas, protestants, etc etc etc?

no,,, of course we christians are good ppl because we're told so. but ofc we don't force our beliefs to others... watchu talkin about?

I respect christians, I stop having that respect when they start enforcing.. Amen

  • @Bastion83

SINCE GOD IS CREATOR I CAN SEE GOD IN EVERYTHING,WHAT IS YOUR DEFINITION OF CHRISTIAN?

  • @Bastion83 i see both points. God gave us the gift of creativity and He meant for us to use it. He did say for us to use our talents for Him and not waste them and to give Him the glory in everything we do because He gave it to us. Yes Man has done great things but only because God gave us the knowledge and the wisdom and the tools to do them.

  • @OtakuGuruGirl09 That is of course if you believe in God, or any sort of of religion :)

I respect people's views of religion and see why people have those beliefs but to me, its just how things have turned out :)

  • @Bastion83 technically, if it's God's gift to us, that means the divine is in everything that we create, because God gave us the ability to do so.

  • @Bastion83 Same here.

I believe that to be a true Christian you have to keep an open mind.

  • @Bastion83 Well said friend.

  • why is everybody talking about religion? Haha its a bit weird!!! This is an unreal song though like :L Soooo cooool!!!!

  • cus there a christian band, but the arguing is getting annoying.

  • Her and Hayley Williams Rule!!

  • can some one explain what there singin about im 13 cant really get what there on about ? please ?

    thankyou

  • theyre a christian band and they`re lyrics are aboptu God.:)

  • @iBLaDEzZx they're talking about confession like in a church. and how it will help your relationship with god.

  • She needs to get railed by me and Im serious cuz her eyes

  • just type in again flyleaf and its the first one

  • my heart breaks when singing this to the one i care the most about. my heart cries out to God. This is a prayer for redemption.

  • I dedicate this to my freind Haley who wants to die :(

  • @MusicForLife456 she needs help...... serious help

  • Yes I know :/...Its awful to hear the way she speaks. I want to die sometimes but to hear my best friend speak of such a thing is incomprehensible. She said she plans to hang herself. I talked to her for hours trying to change her mind. I dont think that we got anywhere with the issue. I just pray she will be okay.

  • Her voice is so beautiful!

  • yeah i love her voice :-)

  • I've watched tons of videos of her performing live, and she has the greatest combination of power and beauty I've ever heard from a singers voice.

I'll be seeing her perform in person in about a month.

  • no i have not. and it doesn't make a sense to me what other people think until i haven't seen her live on my own^^

  • i think paramore rocks

  • @mrworms3d, than you obviously dont know music with talent in it.

  • stop hating, try to make albums better then paramores

  • great album. so worth the buy.

  • I'm pretty sure they put a subliminal message in here, i heard it once and I was instantly addicted, that almost never happens to me. great song though

  • no one cares if you think paramore are gay its just ur opinion

  • love it keep kiss kiss hughug

  • I Love this song and i love flyleaf :)

    she is very pretty xx

  • Comment removed

  • @crazychristianguy777

It makes sense because you can hate something and not hate the people who like it. for example i hate the taste of noodles but i don't hate the people who like them. but even if i don't hate them it would still be increadibly annoying if the only thing anyone spoke about was the way they tasted. love flyleaf in spite of the christian thing.

  • "in spite"

    It isn't a bad thing.

  • im 18 and both flyleaf and paramore are class

  • paramore's gay

  • @JahazielFaber paramore is gay. :)

  • i like the new album its really different from there old album i like it. and paramore is pretty cool too. and skillet and thousand foot krutch. yall like disciple, pillar, kutless, fireflight, or any of those? or the new letter black?

  • @Ryator08 Pillar are amazing as are skillet :D

  • and paramore

  • im 15 actually. And i didnt want to leave out dear old paramore:) how old are you btw?

  • well there old stuff was good untill they sold out..

    im 19

  • yeah i know what you mean. i love all we know is falling it has my favorite songs by them. Have you heard some of there new stuff? doesnt sound much like them.

  • I love this song and its the very freakin first time I have heard it! This is an awesome song along with and awesome band!!

  • Right on man. At the end of the day when everything else fades, the only thing that really matters in this life is if you know Jesus. It's not anything you HAVE to do. He leaves the choice up to us. Thank you God for saving me.

  • people just don't want to admit Christian bands actually DO have talent.

    Anberlin

    Flyleaf

    Red

    August Burns Red

    Blessthefall

    The Almost

    Underoath

  • :) Good recall of christian bands! Skillet FM static Thousand Foot Krutch Beautiful Letdown Kutless Switchfoot Relient K Fireflight Decypher Down Jars of Clay Barlowgirl Yeah :)
  • don't forget Chevelle

  • Who is that? lol

  • And what´s about jewish and Muslime????

  • This band could be satanist and you people would still bicker about them being something else..if their good should it truly matter? SATAN!

  • Gott love this womans Faith. And yes they are a Christian band. I think the reason why she said that was because a lot of people automatically lable any christian group as a bunch of racists, sexsists, biggiots, or whatever. As I lay dying and UnderOath are the same way. They don't call themselvs a "Christian band" but they do live out their faith in their lives and music.

  • excellent point made in the song

  • When I heard of this song I thought she was talking about being on her knees doing the dirty and trying to find time to breathe.

  • wow LOL

  • while i'm not a very religious person,i love this band's songs...even if they are a religious-rock band.

  • You know. Im not a religious person either but I do have a relationship with god. Religion is legalism because u have to dress a certain way and act a certain way and thats not what god wants he wants us to have a personal relationship with him. And Im pretty sure this isnt a religious band its just someone who happens to have a relationship with god and wants to share that relationship in her music.

  • Exactly. That's what REAL Christianity is - it's not a religion, it IS a relationship. It's the only "religion" that tells people they are NOT good enough to get to heaven, and that they need Christ in their hearts. It requires a personal walk with God. Unfortunately a good maj
