@fairlygoodman If you do it the right way, it is stable. Most people skip steps like modifying the "DSDT" or they install the wrong driverfiles. Ofcourse it is unstable in those cases. I recommend using iPC or iAtkos version 10.5.8 or 10.6.2.

There are tools helping you to modify the DSDT (and this is safe, you cannot brake anything), then put the disk in, choose the right "kexts" (Kernel Extensions = driverfiles) and then install the os. I didn't crash at all.

Ohh Yea sorry, I found a way but it pretty much resets it to play at login agin, not repeatedly..

In the terminal you'll need to delete the file /private/var/db/.AppleSetupDon­e . Go to the terminal and type:

sudo rm /private/var/db/.AppleSetupDon­e

Put in your password and the next time the machine is started it should run the startup sequence. Keep in mind that this will not delete the admin account you created.

Hey ! Thanks for the info on finding this...

But for me when searching in spotlight i turned up no results..

So heres what i did to get it.

Like u said enter the setup assistant via show content (right click)

Then i entered the content folder

>resources>Now .. i right clicked on Transitionsection.bundle, and show content and bang there it was all of the welcome media..I'm trying to find a method to have the welcome replay at login, when ever i want so i'll keep ya posted as to what i find.

Follow the instructions on the top left of this video.When you get to the movie in the folder move it to the desktop and the go to the music part of it and play it it will launch iTunes.Rename the music launch iMovie the click file import movie go to desktop and import the movie to iMovie then make a new project drag the movie clip to the project. Then on the middle left click on the music icon go to itunes and search for the sound clip the drag the sound clip to the the project and you're done.
