@Wedge4Life Bought the car for $3,200 ready to race, but you can definitely do it cheaper than that. Safety equipment will run you a few hundred more (helmet, gloves, race suit, race shoes), and then entry fees for the season are around $600.
I'm racing a RWD Corolla this season and it's going to cost me about $2,500 for the season, including building the car as I already had the bolted tires left over from my Neon.
f'n awesome video....looking at getting into this in the next year or so, how much did it cost for the car and equipment all told?
