I am astonished at how well Pinkie, of all characters, can fit into the role of GLaDOS. Twilight or Celestia are pretty obvious choices for the role, but Pinkie is just so unexpected, and yet she works so well.

The visuals at "Goodbye my only friend. Oh. Did you think I meant you?" were just brilliant, and Crazy Pinkie goes frighteningly well with GLaDOS's voice.
