i dont think it is what we need to know what he looked like but as long as he is in our thoughts we all know no matter what colour, creed , gender or religion he is with us all in our hearts and thoughts,
I would appreciate this much more if it wasn't for the fact I can't stop thinking, "Jesus did NOT look like that!" and I'm not interested in following that soppy long-haired white-skinned gown-wearing man, but the real dangerous Jewish olive-skinned controversial normal-looking charismatic world-changing one.
No body knows for sure what he looked like. Seen many pictures that try to portray Jesus (black, white, Irish-Catholic, Mid-Eastern). Even saw a show that well, they took what was believed to be a first centry shull and applied clay to simulate muscle/skin mass. looked like and olived skin cave man.
All we have is artists randitions. what ever you picture him as - you just need to picture him as your Lord and Saviour, believe what is written in the Bible and what he has done on the cross.

I thank God for the sincerity of his faith and his dependance on God which I appreciate, and understand, more and more with each year I live
@maz59 he never gives up on us,those of us that have had godly mothers or fathers or both know his faithfulness is from everlasting to everlasting.i was blessed by having a god fearing mother who when i was a teenager lost to the world prayed to the living god the only true god of all creation. we as christians know him through an by his only begotten son jesus.an by the grace of god because i didn't deserve or earn it he saved me from this world an myself.an by his grace,maranatha!
