@ff323ny I personally think that you should have to continue to pass regular driving tests. At 15 (at least in my state) you pass the written portion and start learning to use a car. At 16 you prove you can drive. Then, I say at 18 you do both of them again. At 21, you throw in the alcohol portion of the written exam (since that's when legal drinking age starts), and then test every, say, 5 years after that. I'm 21 and love to drive, but I think it's way too easy to get a license.
