I have to agree with you on your example. I'm an martial arts instructor and working towards becoming a reiki master. What I've told my students for years. Like seed planted into the soil needing sun and rain to grow. So does our life experiences without rain how could we be grateful for the now and grow a more concrete foundation of understanding to unlimited possibilities.
Leija, there are people labelled with schizophrenia by psychiatrists in a very low place. These people have a common state of emotional suppression. Feeling is NOT easy for them. Without feeling these they are stuck in that low place with no desire, no direction. Contrary to what they say in books, almost all schizophrenics can recover but there's no money in that. These people not only have an inner fight but an outer fight with a system that basically trying to destroy them. More videos plz!
@SCHIZOIDSUNITED Yeno I was reading on a sight called skitzodiaries or something like that where skitzos post stories about their experiences. I believe that these people are not suffering from a disease, rather they are extremely sensitive to things most people aren't aware of and when people tell them these things aren't real they get depressed and give into fear and confusion that's where the suffering is. I can just imagine that nasty cycle...medicine is a buisness, no love
It's soooooo true that when I experience very hard situations in life, it's the time when my heart is learning to expand even more, just like the feeling of your lungs trying to take in more oxygen when you are working out really hard. Our hearts use these painful/confusing/stressful times maybe to learn to love deeper and more vast. What a great take home point Leija!!
You must be from a warm sunny place! I started laughing at the beginning of your video about how challenging it is (or maybe has been) to accept the cloudy days. I live in Portland, Oregon, where it is cloudy and rainy a lot, so accepting the cloudy days is just a natural way of life, without thought. But the summers in Portland are soooo beautiful, sunny, warm, and GREEN! It's like what you say about contrast. I appreciate the sunny days so very much because I know the cloudy very well. xoxo

@beefree1 LOL @ "months of writing and editing". I hardly ever plan out my videos. This video came about through me simply relaxing in the forest, with my bare feet on the ground soaking up all that healing energy & thinking I'd turn the camera on & see what came out of my mouth. My parents are AMAZING & have always supported my expression of MY truth, and my spiritual development, so I definitely have them to thank- HUGE positive influence they were and still are! I feel so blessed!!! =)
