I actually tried to do that.

By the limitations of standard Windows XP Movie Maker are extreme. It HAS a "pixelate" option..but it has a strange habit of getting increasingly more and more pixelated as the video went on, and by the end, I was 2 big brown blocks.

I messed with it forever trying to get it to work right before I gave up...so I scrapped that idea..

Maybe you should have WMM encode it to really bad WMV, reopen it up and repeat process about 50 times and see where it gets... but I'm thinking it will end up 'worse' than pixelated (assuming that's possible) that way. lol
