I saw a move VERY similar to this at a tournament a few weeks ago and it was called hansokumake due to spinal torquing. I asked my sensei about it and he showed me a version where the entry is the same but you apply pressure on the back down toward the mat with your body. It's harder to do than this appears to be but it's effective.
I think this is hansokumake.
