There you can clearly see thread lines that turn the disk and the battery and motor he showed us in the video with the glass table. For a split second they were visible in the background. It´s sad and I´m disappointed. Go search for toukoqouko and see his video "The Force - part3.1". He let us down.

I've got the magnets coming and have a family member willing to build the aluminum disc for me. I could just guess but what size disc shall I have him cut ? I'm leaning towards these dimensions.

I suppose that translates to about 17.79 inches, which is close to my estimate. I'll tell the builder 452mm.

I suppose the .090 inch thickness should do nicely. Its about half the thickness of your original one of 5.15 mm = ~0.200 inches but the builder seems confident that it will be nice and stiff. I hope he's right. He usually is. :-)
