Right now I am in Brooklyn,NY. I make it a point not to train right before going to thailand(injury prevention) I run and do cardio in the meantime. I am going back out on feb 19th to march 9th. Training at 13 coins for sport muay thai and siamyuth for muay thai chaiya in the afternoon. Staying away from the debauchery of pattaya (as if GRUNG THEP IS ANY BETTER LOL) this time.

I'ts a basic skip that ost thai fighters od before using their front leg. Problem is she does it slowly and badly.

I am a FAT American, thank God for Muay Thai, I would be a FAT cow if it was not for Muay Thai and when I am training regularly I get slim but I am an X-body builder and I wish I could have started first in Muay Thai ... especially in Thailand. ;-)

Just trying to spread real Muay Thai in Thailand, want to encourage Muay Thai FANS to come to Thailand because it is AMAZING!!

I just trained at Sityodtong and God willing I can download that, it is so hard to get Videos onto YouTube from Thailand and most of the time I can NOT watch them myself!!
