@jomzdacara13 Yup, the older guy's name is J.Y Park. He started JYPE, in a sense, he's the 'owner'. But JYPE has a different CEO though, who deals with the management side of things. He's an artist himself (JY Park), so he's in the pulse of things in the music industry. That's why you can see him every where.
