@Raondedarledio if you dont tweak gta 4 absolutly no but if you use the performance tweak (look here: /watch?v=mnrm48vpobQ&feature=r­elated) you can try to have 15 fps or if you are lucky 20 maxinum with your pc!

i5 750, msi gd45, 8800gt(old), 45 gb ddr3 and the video when played shows very small red dots all over after some time dunno what it is. I could only play Mass Effect 2 on this system and all other games dont even run. god damm dunno what is the problem??
