I completely agree with the contest winners. Kefka is by far the most evil, Kuja is obviously the most powerful (he destroyed an entire planet by trance after all), and Sephiroth is the most impressive--in other words, cool. He is also the most complex villain to date and is my favorite Final Fantasy villain of all time (I never finished FF IX; I haven't finished FFVI either, but I saw story clips of the whole game).
