  • those are american bully mutts not pitbulls, I swear, the public is so far from the actual image of a real apbt these days.

  • Look at all those pibble smiles...I think the dogs had as more fun than the people

  • This is bull shit!!! So no one else who loves this breed sees a problem with the dog once again shown as vicious and you should run from them. The running of the bulls is a barbaric event plain and simple...that this noble breed is being presented like their a wild animal is so wrong! The fact that a rescue participated with this knowing full well how bad things are right now. how many thousands of pit's are being euthanized every day because of all the breed bans passing all over the world.

  • someone had bred 13s on

  • tienen que usar la mejor de las razas para que quede bien la propaganda ,orale por el pittbulls

  • lol if you pause it at any point you can see how happy the dogs are. It's pretty adorable.

And the three-legged one at 0:14 looks like Rocket from 'Pitbulls and Parolees' (on Animal Planet)

  • HAHA THOSE WERE MY TAGGINGS IN THE BRIDGE LOL HAHA I STAY ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE BRIDGE

  • Lol cute ad.

  • i consider myself a pitbull advocate and by no means am i offended by this commercial. it's running with, not from. most of the commercial has dogs running along side people without showing ANY aggressive behavior. i think it's a great commercial and shows pitbulls in a positive light (except the 2nd dog they show is definitely a neapolitan mastiff)

  • Amen. I am a bullybreed FANATIC tearing up non-belivers daily. Absolutely they are running with, not from.

The owner of the dogs is in the commercial.

VIVA PIT BULLS and THOSE WHO FIGHT FOR THEM AND THEIR FREEDOM FROM BSL.

  • haha its funny cuase cholo's normally wear Nike Cortez

  • I was chased by a pit bull before. It turned out to be something like this, but it was a solo performance :)

  • this is a good commercial from adidas they adleast dont ignore the kids growing up in tough neighborhoods my next pair of running shoes will deffinitely be ADIDAS!!!

  • nice video

  • orale lmao

  • Jejejejeje

  • thats frime ese.:

    fuck the red an norte

    puro Southside 13.:

  • orale esta a toda madre este video

  • i never saw this shit...it's very funny.

  • i think this a great commercial. i don't feel it implies the dogs are chasing them in an aggressive manor. i consider myself a pitbull advocate and no part of this add bothered me. the dogs were cute and at no point does it show aggressive behavior towards the humans. just a neat spoof on running "from" the bulls except this seems to be running with the humans and u can tell how much fun the dogs are having. oh, the 2nd dog they show does look more like a neapolitan mastiff

  • It's a parody to the Running of the Bulls in Spain...

  • People who watch these videos and leave stupid racist comments are retarded you must like mexicans then for watching this.

  • WTF? There racing with a pit bull? They can't be running away cause some of the dogs were running in the middle of the entire human racers..XD It should have been with wippets.

  • They should've made it where someone falls down and a pit bull licks him to death

  • Haha 817 that would have been a great scene because it would be so true!! :D

  • i agree with u. tho it was not showing the pits in a bad light it does imply they are running from something scary since the whole (stupid & cruel) running w/bulls thing scares the ball-less turds that run it in spain. with a lickdown this would have served the marketing & humane purposes well.

  • @817felon

    THAT

  • I have mixed emotions, too.

I can't figure out if they're running from them because they're scared. Or, if they're running WITH them. At some points it looks like the earlier... at others, the latter. Hmm... They are cute dogs. Though, I seen a few that looked more mastiff...

  • i think those dogs all came from Villalobos Pit Bull rescue but i'm unsure... that is just what i heard about it

  • WAIT! I am kinda confused! Yes we love to see pitbulls in adds but....why are they running away from them looking back...I think they are trying to get away from them? I don't think this is a good thing?

  • take note... at no time in the ad does a dog jump on/ lunge at/ bark at/ or bite any of the runners. If you notice, the dogs are running with the runners, not after them.

    Its all implied.

And this is coming from one of the LOUDEST MOUTHS in Southern California in regards to pit bull advocacy and equal rights for our bully friends.

    Team Pit-A-Full

    (aka Dazidog)

  • I don't know...if they are running "with" pitbulls why do they keep looking behind them? then the guy slips through the fence and again while running looks behind to see that the dogs did not make it over. I think this is a mock of Running of the bull in Barcelona and trust me they are definatlly NOT running WITH the bull but FROM it!

  • Running from pitbulls isnt a positive image at all....i have mixed emotions about this video.

  • this is a good commercial

  • leaerjr is my brother and i love you junior

  • Pits are the best

  • shit firme thats by my pad puro East LA

  • This is BRILLIANT!!!!

Im a pit bull advocate and fight against irresponsible ownership and this is such a shot in favor of pit bulls.

WAY TO GO ADDIDAS... tell Verizon Wireless a thing or Two.

  • hahaha clever!

  • run fuckin' pelones

  • they should make one for white people running with poodles

  • Hahaahaa serio ...Hey thanks for the Laugh..HAHAHA

  • hahaha serio ..they sould .

  • @bigtexican08

don't be racist, white people own pitbulls too!

    lol ;-)

  • @muaythai193 Yeah but mexicans make the pit bulls fight each other..

  • @PokerVertigo

    Untrue.

A REAL game-bred pitbull will fight other dogs, even when he is raised by the best dog trainer out there. They selectively breed the dogs over centuries to bring out their drive and passion for challenging other dogs.

What some people refer to as Pitbulls are in most cases, no pure ones or no well bred ones...those are the bad examples that also bite humans.

A pure bred would NEVER bite a human, even when some asshole hits him.Lets say 1 in a million to stay realistic.

  • @monicat777

    Hi there,

you know nothing about me but act like you know it all.

Fact is that RIGHT BRED gamebreds will NEVER bite a human. It is just common sense as breeeders selectivelz bred onlz performance dogs which didn't show aggression towards humans.

(Some bad breeders did but that was thankfully not common practice)

Does that mean that non gamebred dogs automatically are aggressive towards humans? OF COURSE NOT! But they are just as prone to it as, lets say, a Labrador, etc...

  • @monicat777 of course this is different from individual dog to dog.

hope you get it now! haha

do you think I promote dogfighting? stupid you!

I would NEVER let dogs fight each other. but that doesnt mean that I close my eyes from the truth and facts. after all selective breeding for dogfighting CREATED pitbulls as we know and love them today.

mz recommendation is that responsible dog enthusiasts should get a pitbull from a game breeder and KEEP IT AS A NORMAL PET.

  • @muaythai193

why not just get one of the countless pitbulls in shelters waiting to be euthanized?

  • @maximum411

It's an option. And I would be happy for the dog.

But personally I would not do it.

I worked voluntarely at a shelter for 6 months, and many of the dogs there have had their troubles with their owner in the past.

I don't want to risk getting a trouble-dog that has some potential for human aggression in him.

But then again I wouldn't bother getting me a dog like a Rottweiler, Dobermann, etc. even from a reliable breeder, the risk is just too big imho...

  • @muaythai193

oh that's no excuse- i volunteer at a shelter too, and all of the dogs are thoroughly temperament tested, and if that's not good enough for you you can always get one of the very young pitbull puppies that can still easily be shaped into whatever kind of dog you want them to be- there is no reason not to get a pitbull from a shelter; not doing so is just elitism

  • and if you are looking for a calm family pet, why would you get a game bred? of all the types of pitbulls, game breds are the most genetically predisposed to attack a human

most shelters are not gamebreds and are less intense dogs than game breds

  • @maximum411

you wrote: " game breds are the most genetically predisposed to attack a human"

...this statement is a complete fail, it is the complete opposite!

you wrote: "you can always get one of the very young pitbull puppies that can still easily be shaped into whatever kind of dog you want them to be"

...I was talking about genetics aswell and not only how these dogs have been raised.

  • @muaythai193

present me with ONE piece of evidence to suggest the opposite

yes, human aggression and dog aggression are distinct behaviors, but you are lying to yourself if you think these behaviors are unrelated. an aggressive dog is an aggressive dog, and while dogs can be genetically predisposed to direct this aggression toward different targets, a dog that has been bred for one type of aggression will be more inclined toward the other type

  • @maximum411

you wrote: "there is no reason not to get a pitbull from a shelter; not doing so is just elitism"

...bullshit, I just named you reasons. If someone decides to get a dog from a shelter it isnt a bad thing. But I dislike people that say it is "better" to get shelter dogs and "worse" to get them from a responsible breeder!

    free country...free choice

  • @muaythai193

It is only "better" to get a dog from a shelter if you believe it is "better" to save animals who have done nothing wrong from euthanasia and to stop the pet (especially pitbull) overpopulation problem. If you don't believe that that is the "better" option, then there is something severely wrong with you.

And actually, if we're going in to details, you actually didn't give any reasons why a game bred dog is better than a non game-bred dog.

  • @maximum411

A gamebred will NEVER bite a human (and I am NOT talking about "gamebreds" from backyard breeders which end up in shelters).

If you claim that this is wrong, it tells me that you never had contact with a real gamebred.

I didn't want to make the argument that gamebreds are generally better, because for lots of irresponsible owners they would mean disaster (biting other dogs).

BUT I say, know, experienced and tell you that real gamebreds will NEVER bite humans, NEVER!

  • @maximum411

You see...backyard breeders just search for the best performing dog.

Responsible breeders NEVER breed dogs that show human aggression.

Maybe there are more shitty breeders in America, in Europe there are a lot of "good" ones. I don't support them, as I am against dogfighting, but I aknowledge the FACT that these dogs are the human-friendliest on this Planet.

I have, SADLY, witnessed hiw a dog like this got beaten by a stranger and he still went over to him and licked his face!

  • @maximum411

But I agree 100% that, before getting a "gamebred" from a backyard breeder, ANY other dog is better!

And i support in most cases that people get different breeds or just take shelter doggies!

But for experienced dog owners there is NO BETTER DOG than a gamebred from a reliable breeder!

    Pieces of evidence:

ALL GAMEBRED DOGS THAT I MET IN MY LIFE...

Its all good, I am not against you. But if you write wrong statements they should get corrected imo.

    regards

  • @monicat777 that way you can save a dog and get the most loveable type of dog at the same time, at least imho it is.

this dog will NEVER act aggressive towards humans. someone could break into your house and punch you right in front of the dog, it will just walk over to him and lick his hand/face and wanting to cuddle and play.

that is the degree of non aggression that I was writing about and that these awesome dogs possess.

TRUST ME I only want the best for this breed.

  • @monicat777 and UKC standard dogs are NOT the best.

better chose a dog that has a pedigree dating back to 1899 than buying a "officially sanctioned" dog which got SHOW BRED TO LOOK A CERTAIN STANDARD WAY!

every serious dog owner knows that when you breed just for appearance, other traits COULD get worse (health, character, etc..)

if you have dogs from UKC that are healthy and wonderfull all the best for them and may you have a good life with them!

you just need to get more tolerant, cu!

  • @monicat777

    Ok quick history lesson:

-"Bullenbeisser" dogs (butcher's dog) are the ancestors of pitbulls, they where originally used to help butcher control their livestock when moving them from A to B, and for fights between dogs and other animals (people back then loved to pin dogs against bears, bulls, etc...)

-when this got illegal they went to dog vs dog

-fighting dogs came over from Ireland and England

-people further bred them for dogfights-> created the American Pitbull Terrier

  • Comment removed

  • @monicat777

PLEASE read something about the history of pitbulls!

The way you put it it seems that you really believe that the UKC with their breed standard and sport dogs was before dog fighting, and that gamebreeders came afterwards and are just backyard breeders.

it was socially 100% accepted to fight dogs and breed them for this purpose.

just look at some old articles and pictures of wealthy men with their dogs (example colby)

BUT I am not promoting dogfighting!

  • @monicat777 I agree that NOBODY that cannot handle a dog should have a gamebred, because other dogs MIGHT get hurt.

But fact of the matter is that most gamebreds actually dont fight outside the pit AS LONG AS YOU KNOW WHEN TO SEPERATE THEM while playing.

what you read in newspapers are cases of unreliable dog owners who dont know shit about their breed and THOS are bad advocades of our breed.

If you know how to handle a dog, a gamebred is the perfect choice and safest for other people. bye

  • Well done!!!
