  • Heya man, I wanted to ask as well - in this vid you say you suspected Candida issues, etc? How did you fix them in the end?

I think I may have Candida or dysbiosis or a related problem (probably just Candida), and I have been taking stuff like goat's milk kefir (for now), grapefruit seed extract, etc. I was just wondering if you have any advice?

Thanks a lot - you seem very clued up so I thought you would be a great person to ask! ^^

  • @Son1cWave I started taking this Adya Clarity stuff adding it to my water that seemed to help but I'm still working on it to this day... it's not easy. Again I don't have a super extreme case and as I've heard everyone has it in their gut the problem is when it gets out of balance.

I just learned that fats have a lot to do with that... not just sugar!

If I were you I'd do like I am research and experiment to see what works I'm still experimenting.

  • @RawSangha Yeah it is difficult, you're right. I have heard of the best results with grapefruit seed extract, colloidal silver, kefir, pharm drugs (unfortunately!), coconut oil, metal chelation, stuff like that.

Someone on CureZone apparently cured their Candida in only 3 months with colloidal silver, but I'm scared of argyria lol

Anyway erm, thanks for the input! I think things like this are very common, it's just most people don't know they have them!

    Thanks again!

    Mike :)

  • boom boom boom boom boom! lol :)

Another good vid.. ok now to stop watching videos on Youtube and to start doing Uni work xD

  • please throw the jar away it is not good! it needs to go in the dark! for 3 day

  • ahahahhaa!!!thank you. i know the only way we do the right thing is if it's fun (no matter what 'fun' means for the person) and your a great leader.

    peace

  • @schpoingle amen to that! Have a great weekend and keep smiling :-)

  • I need living pro biotic food cause I have candida and it helps balance the bacteria and it is controlled very well, but I really watch my starches and sugar intake. Becoming raw/vegan has improved my life over all, Its crazy how nutrition and diet can improve your life. One question, what is the serving recommendation for kefir or the yogurt, for a normal person or even someone like me with a compromised digestive system?

  • So I can't just eat young thai coconuts & their water as a probiotic? You pour it much better than I do, I always spill it everywhere..

  • Love your videos! You are just adorable!! I will be trying this soon.

    BOOM! BAM! SHA-ZAM!! :)

  • shazam!

  • @mebeluvined LOL... yeah yeah yeah... you know it! :-D

  • what do you do with the coconut meat?

  • @KWITNESS you can make a coconut "yogurt" I'll be attempting this for the first time over the weekend! :-)

  • turned out? Love your shows! You are funny and fun to watch!

  • @sharonsoars thank you thank you and uuuum THANK YOU. Seriously much love for supporting the Raw Sangha channel. PLUR... -BE

  • I think Donna Gates (body ecology) recommends young coconuts. She is the candida queen. I doubt the 'sugar' in the coconut water is what's troubling you. Did you know it can be used intravenously as plasma? Have you considered fat as the source of your candida trouble? Are you eating oil or nuts/seeds? I'm sure the probiotics are wonderful for you- I 've had some gut trouble after juice feasting, I would recommend chia or salba daily. They are both gut soothers. Will you show us how your kefir

  • @sharonsoars she is the queen for sure!

  • The combination of your wicked music and your above par attempt at a Scottish accent have inspired me to finally try this...:)

  • @TheCrudeFood woo hoo RAWKnROLL so happy to have inspired!

  • every time I go to make coconut kefir I open the precious coconut and drink that pure sweet coconut water;; Get that coconut opening down to just four cuts.. then little bits of husk dont end up in the water,, so is it worth it do you prefer pure or kefir ?

  • @sherabfri LOL, I suppose if you have to have and addiction... coconut water isn't a bad one to have! I like coconut water of course but I dont' like the sugar, the kefir makes the drink good for me insides so I'm digging on it BIGtime and I like the taste!

  • sending you a PM ... keep getting an error on leaving a comment

  • @Ishkiia got it... thanks Ish! :-D

  • MSM?

  • @FatDancer08 METHL-SULFNL-METHANE

  • @RawSangha there is so much for me to learn, the wonderful world of heathly food and healthy eating has so many possibilities :D It's a big world i have joined, so much to explore and do :D

  • thanks for sharing this. Im going to try it now!

  • @MsToniturtle woo hoo let us know how you do! :-)

  • what you're using there is dehydrated milk-kefir. you should try water-kefir grains, they can be reused again and again. be sure to get non-dehydrated, non-frozen. Yemoos on ebay is a good source.

  • @jahn2012 ahhh really yeah I saw some of those grains on another youtube video. Hmm I'll have to look into that after I use up what I've got now. Thanks for the heads up! :-)

  • I really do love those young coconuts, it's too bad they run about 4 bucks a pop here in Kansas City lol not cool

  • @weBjammin625 mmm hmm you've got to find yourself a coconut hustler who can bring in the goods for under $4! I don't know if there are any asian markets in Kansas if there are that's your best bet to find good priced coconuts for about $2!

  • Not so tasty when it ferments! lol...SOUR X-D

  • @ER805IK me like the sourness because I know its so good for my gut! :-)

  • Doesn't that brand of kefir have skim milk powder in it? The one at my local store by that company did

  • @ChasinTranes really, huh... I don't know! I'll have to check it out, I wouldn't think it would have any kind of dairy in it... but not sure will check. Thanks for the heads up yo! Namaste, -BE
