At the moment, no though I guess I COULD add it to my current site, since it's already Touhou related and whatnot. Though there's not much to put up on there aside from videos and whatnot......can't think of anything else to add.

If Cirno is meant to be a tank, then her HP should be pretty high, actually. No point in having high defenses if you don't have the HP to last very long.

You can lower it a bit, though. Seems like you went a little overboard XP

Maybe to about 500-550ish?

Well, she IS 3-4 levels higher, and her HP comes at a higher pace than most others, but is (I think) surpassed by basically everyone else at around Level 20 or so....might still lower it.
