The problem is that there are no longer smaller pharmacies. All put out of business by the big chains. Small places knew your name, filled scripts on the spot in 5 minutes, and because they knew you, were not so bureaucratic with the rules. It sucks, and I hate it the way it is nowadays.

All pharmacists that work at these huge mega chains have no one to blame but your boss's for all of the shit you put up with from hundred's on a daily basis. It sucks, and I hate it.

I had this happen today at work. I love these videos. It makes my day to know that I am not the only tech who has to deal with stupid fking people on a daily basis. I had a customer today request a refill. When asked this person what the name of the medication was. His response was 'I don't know." I then asked what the medication was for. Response from customer was "I don't know." So I politely told him I was unable to assist him and walked away.
