Halo 3 - Sandbox Skull

They have fixed the glitch for when you overload the map. So first overload the map, go to where the skull is supposed to be. Build a fort there with a receiver in it, then place a sender node at the starting place on the map. Save the map and start a new game on that map. When you go through the sender node you will get the skull. Oh make sure your fort is completely sealed off or the guardians will kill you

lol wow! that was so much eaiser than what my and my friend did. we made a looooong tunnel way out there and used a bubble shield at the end. took us an hour because we kept getting blown up......still a cool tunnel to run around in. so many different ways to go.

You probably know by now, but whatev. You push up on the Dpad and so you know holding the left trigger while traveling, moving the ball, will make you move faster. And yes. You have to be in FORGE. If you're in CUSTOM GAMES or anything else but FORGE, it won't turn into the 'floating ball'.

Hey you probably know how by now, but whatev. You push up on the Dpad to turn into the "floating ball". But keep in mind that you have to be in FORGE for this to happen. If you are in CUSTOM GAMES or anything but FORGE this wont work. And btw, if you hold down the left trigger while moving, you will do so faster.

Create a two-way teleporter, set to channel 1, go as close to the border as you can, aim for the skull, Press RB to move up as high, Hold down LT and race forward toward the skull while at the same time holding LB to move down. DON'T CREATE THE SECOND TELEPORTER UNTIL YOU DO THIS BECAUSE YOU WILL FLY YOURSELF THROUGH IT AS YOU'RE OUTRUNNING THE GUARDIAN FIRE. Respawn, grab a bubble shield, create the second teleporter, set it to channel 1. Walk through it, activate the bubble shield

lol i got using a warthog, made a tank out of it with those barrier things.. but when i wanted to drive away i did it to fast so it all fell off... but still i could drive to the skull without being shot...

THE easiest way is showed to us by bungie themselves... hell its shown by the guy that hid this skull. Just get a tube corner and grab it from the inside in guilty spark mode... after that just go in the direction the skull is and the tube will provide a shield ... P mothafuckin S... when ur inside the tube, ur completely protected... just watch the road to recon video on xbox live... its in the new intel thing on the campaing disk

u gotta get the tube corner facing the skull. When it comes out there should be a wall behind you (FROM THE INSIDE OF THE CORNER) the openings are gonna be to your left and another in front of you. ill post a vid next week and trust me its way easier.

i just made a bunch of tunnels AIR TIGHT though... make sure there isn't many gaps.. and build tunnels.. walls and stuff

What I did was face the skull straight on, spawn a tube corner piece, fly INSIDE the piece, grab it, fly right in front of the skull, walk out and grab it. Just make sure to go slow and steady so you dont cause the piece to tilt or anything.

I did move up and down didn't work, i used the trip mine method which deletes most of the stage, then took a quad to the skull. Much more easier then your method.

Try filling the map with trip mines, until you start seeing the map disappearing. then spawn a moogoose then drive to the skull. You won't be bothered by the stupid guardians.
