Hmm. just steal the keys off of him, when he's sleeping, or if he's left them around. Then, copy the specific key to get into the door (if your in the U.K around 10 pounds or something to get it copied - if in america, dont know the cost) and then put the keys back in the exact place, and you will have a spare key to go in their, anytime. If that doesn't work, sorry. Just trying to help. :D
