This bull shit is still going on? Seriously? There have been dozens of people who have been arrested for this scam allready... ALL of which had charges pressed against them by their angry customers AKA. ALL of their customers. This stuff does not do anything to your mileage at all. But it does a lot of good for the scammer's wallet... Some of them where installing the "unit" for as much as $3000. Even if they worked at that price it would take over 5 years for it to pay for it's self.

After all... why would they cover the asses of oil companies? Secrecy is expensive and so is shareing profits. u people that believe in these 'gas saver' devices ever heard of hyper miling? im doing that now even though my o2 sensor is bad an i get 18/24 mpg (that about how much the car gets normally) . imagine how much i would get once i fix that thing. how do you get it?

2 clean the car inside and out

3 use all of the hypermiling tactics possible (i do everything that doesnt require modifications - tire pressure, tun off engine at red light, etc)

There was a man from El Paso that got more than 80 miles on one gallon of gas and he was never heard from after he did the one gallon in that car. His ideas were bought by an oil company, and they didn't do anything with them.

@paulofpings again... have u tried this method? no? then be quiet. if you actually research this method of alternative fuel, you can see that it actual works. even honda has created a car that runs on hydrogen, created from fuel cells that split water apart into hydrogen and oxygen(hydrogen on demand). but on this idea it is added straight into the cold air intake, and a little unrefined, see the ''wet cell'' technology in a glass jar. these days it is easy and very possible to try this idea.

@paladain55 Yes a gram of hydrogen has a higher calorific value than petrol, but you must first factor in the energy consumed in liberating the hydrogen from the water, this then is a totally different ball game altogether as you are useing energy from petrol to create electricity and then this electricity to split your H2O - with inherent losses at each stage it may help you to read some of the conservation of energy laws -- Noether's Theorem, in particular. Proof is easy if it works!

@RobMonty248 Quite correct, I dont think anyone doubts the energy contained in hydrogen, the issue is that the energy CONSUMED to split the water into its component parts doesnt actually give any net gains, see also infinity machine or " over unity" then read up a little on the laws of conservation of energy, if you have any doubt then buy the "system" get your free energy and then laugh at everyone else still paying for fuel!

Our justice system does not really take cases against scammers seriously. They have limited resources and would preffer to spend those resources tracking down murders, rapists, and drug dealers rather then con men. Victims of scams are often not helped at all so it would not be surprizing if one decided to take matters into his own hands

I am a car mechanic and only ever had ONE request from a customer about such devices. I told him to buy a Honda Civic or Toyota Tercel, if such a device hits the mass market, see what everyone else's experience is.

Well, you know. I did that 8 years ago with my father. I was only like 6 years old back then but I remember as I studied my matter and energy book he bought me. I thought about how to save gas. You use water and put an electric current through it which seperates the hydrogen atoms from the oxygen. The more oxygen you have, more fuel efficiency plus the hydrogen helps. Hope this explains it. For those who don't understand. Take chemistry or matter and energy in school.
