guy to help me with lvl 22 lux and Esuna boni ne lvl 20 but the boy tells me to go and go bonro pandan but then he picks up a remote control that goes to another place What do I do? I run out to play until someone responds
For this playthrough I used ZSNES Emulator and captured it with Camtasia Studio. Can't really remember what the settings were though as it was so long ago :/
Oh, OK. Thanks man! I'm on Part 25 currently, how many parts is this? Anyway, I'm loving it so far; only you missed pretty much every hidden item in the game, a lot of which would have been very useful! Also I thought you had said earlier when you died & lost a lost of Gold you wouldn't keep it but you've done it twice in the last 20 videos ... in those ones you wouldn't have lost a lot of progress going back. Talk to you later man!
The monsters start to get tough just as soon as you go beyond Zellis...Multiple Androids and the Black Demon, not to mention the Despair.
I remember the first time I played and ran into a Despair between Zellis and Melemam; it did a critical attack and nuked me for 98 damage! Yup I can still remember that dreadful number after all these years.
All of the other apprentices get WAY better stat-raises than you do, and tend to end up with roughly 150% of your stat-levels if your character if they are at the same level. That's often why the fights with them are so hard, because it's really not fair at all (and, of course, they go all out with cheap attacks).
Yeah they're really cheap. The American version of this game is much harder than the JP version because of this and other aspects. In the JP version this part with the apprentices isn't there and you can level as much as you want and beat the hell out of them. Sadly they changed it for whatever reason.
the better stats is cause by the fact that every 10 levels in the japanese version you would get +1 point to every stat per level (example: level 9: hp 4-5 up level 10: 5-6 up not factual numbers) for some reason the took this out for the english version but only for the player; all the other apprenteces still get the extra stats

Lol, I love how you said "Damn you turkey!" When the undead dodged your attack.

Despairs can't resist spells very well, so just try you're strongest spells.
Blue Demon knows 4 spells: Fire1, Defense1, Heal1 and Poison.
HPCatcher works perfectly on Orcs.

Yeah, it'd be cool if someone hacked this game and put that stat raise back in.
Percypl 3 years ago
I'm sure someone will at some point. People do all sorts of state hacking.

actually if you search hard enough i'm pretty sure some already did

Wtf, I encountered a bunch of despairs and you never got one
