@beradical23 watch the replay again, Krejci has his head up and stick in his hand, not on the ice. He was trying to hit Oshie. That's just hockey, period. Nothing dirty.
dude is a phenomenal counter hitter. players get rattled that he lights them up but he isnt doing anything wrong by bouncing them off him when they try and get him. He got callahan really good to and cally was pissed about it.
@DejaCoup Oh, I never said he was A-okay. I'm saying it's poor judgment on his part and the coaches to put him out there on the very next shift. He didn't miss a beat after that hit, got right back out in under a minute.
It's VERY hard to argue that someone can deserve a two-game suspension and a game misconduct if the target gets back up and gets on the ice AND scores a power-play game winning goal.
Unbelievable clean hit!!! I watched the game live and watched replay in slow-mo- and Krejci lowered his arms readying himself for his big check- well until he was "OSHIED"!!! If you like that hit -check out the other numerous clean hits on youtube delivered by Mr. TJ Oshie. !! LETS GO BLUES !!
@Bauerfan501 Perron was looking back for a pass from his teammate and had no idea Thornton was going to hit him. At least Krejci was facing Oshie. And Perron missed the Boston game with dizziness and headaches. Apparently the effects of the hit were delayed a bit. Keep deluding yourself on the Thornton suspension. He's NOT a dirty player, but the hit was what the GMs wanted out of the game.
@vonrye Looking at him or not, Perron had PLENTY of time to notice the guy walking out toward him. It's Joe's fault, alright... for being tall. How dare he hit a short guy like Perron? You gotta admit (I'LL even admit) the hit caught him unaware and he got shook up. But we can all see that Perron wasn't hurt THAT badly if he can get back out a minute later and score a goal.

But props to the Bruins for not going after Oshie each time (Chara hit included) Both were good hits and the Bruins are obviously a smart enough team to stay calm and keep playing. I hate it that every time there is a good CLEAN hit, one team thinks they have to fight the guy who hit em. That was a hell of a game though. Two good teams

@panicxitsxbrea you seem to be assuming quite a bit here. Oshie never talks on the ice. Hes as quiet as they get. Never taunts, never fights. Boston guys were yelling at him, he was yelling back (not sure where you seem him laughing)...just some good hockey. Play went on, game went on...and a great game it was. Just settle down there with the name calling.

Nobody has a lower center of gravity than TJ Oshie. 90% of the time they try to hit Oshie and Oshie unloads on them everytime

Oshie didn't even see Krejci until the last moment, he just braced himself for impact. Krejci didn't do the same so he got rocked.
