Hey lux, I have a tendency to swing at every pitch when playing a baseball game.

Do you have any tips that would help?

I would like to get deeper in a count than 0-2.

Dont be so quick to swing at every pitch, i know its tempting but try to have patience. What you should do is NOT swing at the first pitch each time you bat, just watch the ball. this will get you in the habit of learning to watch where to ball is pitched and to get your swing timing down. doing this will get you a better chance of a good down the middle for you to make good contact, also this will slow down your anticipation to want to swing away at every pitch thrown. BE PATIENT.
