Not just the series against Florida. I think that Georgia is the most underachieving team in the SEC, if you consider the Football talents that this State produces. For what ever reason, they just never reach the National elite status. And also, way too many of their talents end up in Florida, LSU, Alabama, Tennessee, and elsewhere. I don't can't put my finger on why this football program hasn't reach elite status with so many in State talents.
