if you search on youtube "Philip Glass The Truman Show Truman Sleeps piano sheet music" you can find a simple partiture of "Truman Sleeps". If you up a semitone the chords that belongs to the main theme of Philip Glass.... bingo!

If you do a search for "Hanz Zimmer Chord Patterns" you will see that someone made a video inspired by this chord progression...
