@cocatwoman7 Trust me, there are. I'm engaged to a Scott and moving to Glasgow this summer, and she tells me all the time how many wonderful places there are. It's a matter of opinion, really, and a lot of those opinions are based on the religious and political standings of it's citizens. Scotland is a very politically charged country, and in some parts the lines between "church and state" aren't very clear, much like the US.

Just keep an open mind and enjoy it for what it is, a holiday.
