The Rabona? It's pretty easy. But it does take A LOT of practice... I can do it and the ball can reach about 5-10 yards. Not sure how Maradona and Cristiano Ronaldo can actually center the ball like that though...

Rainbows are simple once you learn to do them, and the passes between the legs are simple too. Just as long as you don't trip over your own feet or the ball. I'm still trying tot learn to pass it back and bounce it off my leg like at 2:48. And I plan to learn to do what he guy did at 2:52. But it's hard to actually use those tricks on the field, which makes it amazing.
