I'm sure it largely depends upon your politics but Ed Balls seems to come across quite badly in this video. I assume that leftfootforward is coming from a left wing perspective so it begs the question: why post it? There was a similar debate on the radio last week where Ed continuously asked the question "will you match our spending?"
It's a damning insight into the "Ed Ball's aproach to government" - just keep throwing more money at it. The Gove approach: look at what works and copy it.
