  • I was happy to meet most these beautiful mares. I was able to ride one if don coqui son. I'm very greatful for the owners kindness. Don Coqui was a beatiful Stallion and a good representative of the Paso Fino breed. RIP Don Coqui.

  • The fact that you have judged me based on the comments of OTHERS towards me hateful comments from the disturbed people on the internet whom I have angered with my opinions speaks volumes of you.

  • When you have 8 pages of nothing but hateful comments towards you, anyone could get an impression of who you are as a person. THOSE comments speak "volumes" of you. But I take no part in it, you are who you are. There is no point in debating anything with you. You even left the argument, meaning you just came here to "talk shit". When you mature, and learn to respect others, and most importantly learn that YOU are not superior, we can continue the argument.

  • Those comments were left by people such as you. People who can't take the fact that they're not always right and can't tolerate people with differing opinions. The fact of the matter is I have always been somewhat inflamitory in my comments but never hateful you were offended, I'm sorry you're such a pussy (see, inflamitory).

  • Lol, of course I have not been offended by your comments. I really could care less, you are just another lifeless person on youtube, nothing more to it. Your wording does need help though, you claim that people can't take your opinions the right way. Well who is? your language is just atrocious. I think that (you) are the one who can't always seem to understand the (you) are not right, and therefore, (you) get those comments. Let me tell you, 8 pages is a lot of hating.

  • Couldn't care less. If you COULD care less, that would suggest that you do care some, and are capable of caring even less than you currently do. The phrase you were looking for was, "I COULDN'T care less" which suggests you are at the absolute end of your caring ability, and there is no possible way you could care any less. I hope that comes in handy so you won't sound so stupid next time. WHOOPS! There I go again, incurring more hatred.

  • this is how a paso fino should look. Bien rellenitas.

  • One of my earliest memories as a child in Puerto Rico was riding with my grandfather on his Paso stallion, "Labrador". He had several Paso mares and people would come from outer countries to breed to/or buy his horses. He was a humble man, but his Pasos were the finest. He brought his love for horses from Galicia, Spain.

  • I remember both your grandfather and the horse you are talking about, one of the greatest of his time. You have brought so many good memories. Saludos desde Georgia, Hugo Osorio.

  • i like more peruvian paso horses. Peruvian dont look like ballet dancers

The Colombian paso is a recent mixture of Puertorrican Paso,Peruvian Paso and some Colombian Spanish natives this is why some Colombian pasos must be trained to gait but Puertorrican Pasos are born with the gait.

  • The paso fino was a breed in Puerto Rico before Colombia was even established as a nation. The colombian Paso is very new compared to them. The Colombian Paso is a mixture of Puerto Rican Paso + some spanish colombian native horses and Peruvian Pasos. The Colombian line of pasos is only about 75 years old. This is why some Colombian pasos have to be trained in the gait.Puertorrican pasos are born with the gait

  • what your implying makes no sense at all. If you say that the colombian paso was a mixture of colombian criollos and the puerto rican paso, why would you say that they have to be taught the gait, knowing that they have a puerto rican paso as the father or mother? At the end of the day, thats why we just call them PASO FINO,

  • Horse breeders know that one inferior parent can ruin the offspring. That is to say that if you have one pure Paso and one horse that is not a paso it is very possible that the offspring does not have the natural ability. And everyone knows that the puerto Rican Paso is superior too all others.

  • I agree with your statement about the parenting. But to say that Colombian mares are inferior to Puerto Rican mares is just absurd. Both countries have trashy Paso Finos and both countries also have superior and excellent executors of the paso. STFU with that crap. Is like saying that the best quarter horse comes only from the US, knowing that mexico has excellent quarter horses. La misma gata, pero rebuelta. Deje de ser ignorante.

  • You said that the other poster made no sense in saying that colombian pasos are bred from PR pasos with colombian criollos and implied that because one parent is a PR paso the colombian should have the same gait. That's just not so. And sure the colombians have fine horses but not as good as PR. Just like DR has great cigars but they can't compare to Cubans superiority is superiority.

  • Colombian pasos WERE bred down from Puerto Rican Pasos. The colombian Paso has different strains, such as trote y galope, trocha, etc. There is no such thing as a superior paso. IF if were like this, tell me why puerto ricans themselves import Colombian pasos into PUERTO RICO, and why COLOMBIAN pasos win so many contests in the US and PUERTO RICO. Dont tell me otherwise because my grandfather's friend did so and for many years has claimed the Colombian pasos are excellent.

  • Your ignorance still betrays me though, we live in a world full of contrast. There is no better horse, or human race. Stop being so ignorant, because not even the most selfish puerto rican paso breeder will say that puerto ricans are superior. They are all on breed, same horse, different land. A colombian paso born in the US down from an imported paso from colombia is still a COLOMBIAN paso, and the same goes with Puerto Rican pasos.

  • They are so beautiful. I got to see Don Coqui, before he died. He one of the clamest and gentlest Paso I've met. The owner has amazing Paso Fino. I was happy that I got to ride his horses.

  • man, these are nice, !viva Puerto Rico!

Nuestro deporte Nacional.

  • pls can you tell me, is this a natural gait for the horse, i have never seen this befor, ty

  • This is a natural gait. Puro paso fino from Puerto Rico.

  • thank you f0or your reply, as i said i had never seen this befor, it is a very different gait to me, but it looks very comfortable to ride ty again x
