I've had a fair number of prank calls at support (Xbox) and the only one that was worthwhile was a guy that took the time to learn a perfect Solid Snake impression and create a valid issue about an unreadable disc. I chilled for like 20 minutes with the dude and then talked about MGS for a while as well. The only thing I regret is not thanking him at the end of the call.

This one was surely better than kids calling and laughing and thinking they're funny.
