I stumbled upon this song accidentally on another website. I NEVER heard this song or this artist before. This song is AMAZING!!

Outta curiosity would you label this song under "Soul" or under "Country?" This song sounds like Soul Music but I hear Country in his voice. His voice breaks the same way that people that sing Country Music sound. I don't know if there is a word for it or not. What is all your opinions? Country or Soul or Country-Soul?
