its great to see people with the 1996 formula sls 500.. mine now has 4 inch riser bar .. mbrp race can .... fox springs... ripsaw track .... and for the rear "footrests" i bought support for them so they dont bend down anymore
what year man i have a skidoo formula 550 sls with mbrp race can and suspension mod its prety much ur sled with a bit different ... the one thing i have its how the engine is so far forward its imposible to do wheelies
I got that sled over the summer and fixed it up. Its pretty sweet. It sounds good, has lots of travel compared to polaris sleds of that year has good power (at least for its year), and I can even get it to wheelie on hard packed stuff. The only dumb thing is the foot "rests" on the back-u cant use them to stand on or they break. other than that its great. good to see another video of an sls
I'm right with ya on the not being able to stand comfortably thing, that's one of the only downside of owning this sled. Other than that I like it for how old it is.

Mine seem to be pretty accurate, within at least 5mph or less.
