  • Vegas is awsome

  • Yes I've been a full time agent since the beginning of 2001. I am licensed in NV, CA, AZ and UT. I had many properties but have lost everything since the market crash. I am only active in the Las Vegas market at this point. I wish I had money to invest but at this point with the market getting worse every day I am just trying to survive. Let me know if you ever need anything and I'd be happy to help you out.

  • I thought about buying a 4plex over by the Twain and Swenson. But decided to keep doing my thing here in Phoenix. Going back and forth between here and Vegas is a pain in the ass. But I will take being in the 90's over 105 degrees here.

  • So you are a real estate agent?

  • Are you buying foreclosures?

  • So you selling houses in the 50 to 60 k range? I might go through you if I ever think of buying a home out there. You seem like a stand up dude.

  • I love the channel. If you keep doing videos youll get a youtube partnership and make good money off this channel.

  • I agree because houses are so cheap in vegas right now that it would be dumb to rent.

The only reason why I can't move out there is its too far away from cali. But what im hoping is that the unemployment really skyrockets a lot more in cali cause based on my calculations if it goes up a few more percent in cali then houses will be as depressed as they are in vegas. The rate in change of unemployment was worse in the vegas area than in california so thats why I believe there is a chance in cali

  • @EWOKCAD Housing will continue to decline even in Vegas. Rent for now and perhaps buy later.

  • @jimbobubbadj

I dont want to go to vegas to rent. I would only go there to buy a cheap home in cash.

But Prefarably im waiting for the unemployment to skyrocket much higher in california (and it should on this next leg down) and that should make real estate a lot cheaper inland. There is still too many jobs in cali for the housing to hit quite as low as vegas.
