Well only stores that sells Docomo/softbank phones, but before u buy this phone u have to make sure that u get a hypersim for docomo phones. ur carrier use the same GSM code that this phone has and this phone has 900/1800/1900/

i kno that AT&T uses 850/1900

my friend told me that it works for T-Moble too (not really sure)

Theres a slider on the side of the screen part of the phone, you pull down on that an it releases the front so you can pull it sideways
