  • True Legend!!!

  • wait...I thought I was the Maharaja of Poon?! LOL

  • Moe Howard, the only man to ever cream pie his wife on national television and get away with it.

  • @korriken ha ha

  • The Three Stooges may they R.I.P.

  • This show was a bit before my time. Who was the woman in the purple bikini?

  • Yeah but then I remember seeing the 3 Stooges in concert twice in Canada in the mid sixties in which Moe told kids not to poke each other in the eyes like they saw in their movies as it had caused some kids to go blind as their friends poked them in the eyes way too hard. Also assumeing that kids hitting other kids over the head with chairs, boards and so on must have hurt some kids down the road. I don't know when this piece was filmed but I know what I heard

  • Moe Howard. Comic genius!! I love seeing him out of his "stooge" element, just as much as I loved seeing him IN his stooge element.

  • Great to see this!

  • Oh how I am a Stoogies fan Thank you for posting a great classic. You have given me such a rare gift that was before my time and I appreciate it. Again Thank You!

  • Soupy Sales?

  • ... this small time yankee doodle... ha made me laugh

  • he he

  • I think this is my favorite Stooges routine! Thanks!

  • Thanks for posting! FANCY!

  • great!

  • couldn't help but smile when i was watching your videos,my only complaint is that they are out of sequence

  • Classic! Awesome! Thank you.

  • @miztuhx I love you love it

  • Such good stuff. Thanks for posting this!

  • @jmalb42 your welcome!!!!!!

  • @barqs1898 Moe is the best i wish he pied me in the face seven times ^^.

  • classic moment clip. lol...!

  • That woman could not be pissed at the end. How often does someone say they got pied by one of the three stooges?!

  • @SFBMcKillaX219 Actually that was Moe's wife! And she had her revenge later on, he came back to the front row for a kiss and she hit him in the face with a pie.

  • GREATNESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • TV is missing comedians on this calibur. Moe was far funnier than these 70s comedians but LIGHTYEARS funnier than the street bums we have as "comedians" now.

The worse part is we are missing the PEOPLE that find variety entertainment and slapstick comedy like this funny. Hollywood spoiled us with TOO MANY YEARS OF SHITTY ENTERTAINMENT.

  • @depper You are so right.

  • Good old Moe. He beat the hell out of Shemp,Curly and Larry through the years. It's no wonder they all died of strokes. How anyone could endure all the ball pin hammers and crowbars to the head all those years is incredible. Moe was a sadist

  • majaraja of Poon hahahaaaa Thats classic he said Poon on tv hahahaa

  • Absolutely wonderful! Moe, you were a true delight.

  • that woman is lucky to be hit in the face with a pie by Moe

  • @superkryp13 I don't think she'd agree, that's his wife, Helen Howard! And Moe said he got about 500 letters about hitting her with a pie, some of them saying 'you should be ashamed of yourself', but Helen got back at him another time when he came out for a kiss and she pied him in return.

  • @TheBookWorm1718 oh whoops lol

  • If you know anyone who feels bad that Moe Howard is dead, that Soupy Sales is dead, that Mike Douglas is dead (just about everyone is dead these days), have that person watch this video. They'll feel better after seeing it.

  • Professor Moe of Hogwarts.

  • i love it so much better when curly does it hilarious!!! i think it's called three little pirates or something. best ever it's my favourite skit11

  • still funny thanks 3 stooges for all the laughs

  • I peed my pants

  • I love the stooges. I always watch them if i am feeling down. what year was this?

  • As old as the pie gag is, they still make me laugh. Masters indeed. Points to Moe for noticing "more than one soft grenade!"

  • I remember this show, was around 8 or when it aired.

And more importantly, what a GREAT way for Moe's last days to play out...just as popular as he was when he first started out half a century ago with his brothers and Larry.

Thank God someone recorded this piece of history for me to re-live, and for new Stooges fans to enjoy.

Sit tight, Moe and crew, we'll all see you again someday, RIP and God Bless :-)

  • Nobody does the Rajah like Curly did he was a genious when he did that character.lol :)

  • What was the date of this show, I know was 1970's but not sure when

  • 1973

  • This skit is a classic!

  • Seeing as how the lady in the audience was his wife, I doubt it

  • Moe Howard, Mike Douglas, Ted Knight, and Soupy Sales...we'll remember you guys, see you upstairs!

  • Class.

  • I remember the original with Curly. Must have been mid 1930's,. Moe still has it and never flubbed a line!

  • THAT SHORT WAS IN THE MID 1940s LIKE 1945 OR 46

  • "Three Little Pirates" (1946) and it was also Curly's last great performance before his stroke.

  • @benjamincundari

it was 1944 or 45 because its gents without sents look up the end of the second part and its another part of the niagra falls

  • @BarneyFlart lol i know

  • resh bana makaupe a halfa dalla

  • people commenting here seem to forget that this is a curly skit, and that he did it while he was sick, god rest all the stooges

  • @javenetti love these guys man brings back so many memories

  • The woman in the bikini is as old now as Moe Howard was then...

  • Mmmm... no. That would make her in her mid forties, at the time of this filming. Mike Douglas would be as old as Moe is here, if he were alive. I think Soupy is a bit older than Mike, and he recently died about 80 something. The bikini chick would be in her late fifties, somewhere abouts.

  • Is that Soupy Sales with them?

  • Yes

  • I was home sick for the day, as a pre-teen - and saw this particular show. Ya gotta love Moe Howard R.I.P.

  • Hahah that's funny. <3 the Stooges!

  • Wow!! I'm so glad this is on film!

  • "Maha--Yaha!" Curly simply said "Ah-Ha!" "Ya-ha" was a comic phrase used a lot in comic sketches in the early 1970s --especially on Mike Douglas Show.

  • ... and at the end... Moe pies his wife, sitting in the front row...

  • This was inspired by Curly's act in Three Little Pirates, (1945 or so)

  • maha yaha lol

  • wat is rofl mean

  • it means "rolling on the floor laughing"!

  • Talk shows were seemed to be great back in the 70's and before. When the guests and the host both had fun and enjoyed themselves.

  • This was COMEDY. My most favorite 3 Stooges skit I am ROFLMAO!!!

  • SNL can't do a single skit without everyone staring off camera at cue cards. MAHA!

  • omg i love the maha raja skit ^_^

  • Thanks for sharing these videos, they are simply wonderful.

  • This may be my all-time favorite Stooges routine - thanks!

  • Aw man it's so wonderful to see these clips. One thing is for sure - age never diminished Moe Howard's ability to make people laugh. I'll always love the Stooges and know that they will never lose their appeal with young and old alike.

  • Thank you. I saw this as a teenager, loving the stooges before and after. Mom watched MD.

    Thanks,

    Ed

  • LOVED THIS EPISODE WITH CURLY!!!

  • Yeah me too!

  • stooges forever!!! thanks for posting!

  • Moe forever.....

  • thanks bud..........

  • THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! This was posted about a year ago and then just "went away". THanks for bringing it back!
