Hey. I was really really considering going to full sail for after high school for 3D animation. Is it an extremely hard school? Is it fun? Or more work then anything? Thanks!

Cant tell whether an art school is actually better than any oer university art class though.

they have a course listed on the website called traditional art fundamentals. they teach enough 2d. As long as you don't want to work as a 2d artist. It's fundamental enough to be a good starting point to build your 3d knowledge.

Learning never stops regardless, so if you have the dedication to keep learning and practicing, and have skills, the faster paper might be the better option. All depends.

I already talked to an Admissions Representative about everything, money, dorms (Full sail doesn't have dorms from what he said) and what is expected in a student. Im thinking about going into game art but i havent brushed up on my drawing skills i use to be really good but now im horrible should i take a class before or do they provide it there?
if u go into Game Art the second month u take Fundamentals of Art 1 then the next month u take FoA2. i just finished art 1 and start art2 on monday...check out the animation i made for 3D Foundations...final will b posted tonite after i turn it in
@pyro2020 Most people don't really require classes to learn how to draw again, if you use to know how to draw, then all you have to do is come up with a drawing technique you feel comfortable with and just stick to it, and then your drawings will eventually improve, at least that's what I did. lol
