At thoxicfrehy. I don't need to put my self in that situation couz I'm not a poloce or in the swat team. They r suppose to b trained to handle situation like that. Also they r not jus "not good enough". They r bunch of retards in uniform. They had smoke grenades but don't have masks? Took them 4times to actually throw it into the bus...there were jus too many dumbshit they've done which lead to the death of the hostages. N again we don't hate all phillos jus the govt n the stupid police

I'm sure all swat/police and rescue teams around the world will use this stupid philippine hostage scenario in Hostage Rescue 101 for teaching swat/ police rookies what NOT to do in hostage situation. Just a quick translate for the Aussies:

There's a news spread among people from Hong Kong, which state it was an official news from the CNN News, that 3 hostage were indirect shot by PNP cops' rapid shooting against the tour bus, and another hostage who sat close to the window were dead caused by the PNP cops hammers which they use to break the windows.

However I have failed to find the official article of the related widespread news on all Hong Kong forums yet.

@sanchimiliano i agree...a total failure in the police performance and the way negotiation process went..even if lets say he has been given a guilty verdict because of robbery and bla bla...still they shouldve put in mind that giving mendoza what he wants couldve save everyone in the bus and such move couldve alter the tragic ending.

@sanchimiliano And i believe he's not totally a bad guy becoz according to one of the survivors, he's treating them nicely at first..theyre free to go the comfort room, discusses what he wants..others even had slept..but his anger was triggered when he saw in the bus' tv with the police arresting his brother alleging he;s involved with mendoza's hostage taking activity when in fact he's not. Bad move by the police though..

im from Hong Kong , i heard that ,a girl just 15 years old , she is very fucking lucky , she didn't die , but her fatherand mother dead in the bus . a girl , just 14years old , she dead in there , what the fuck ? this is fuckng sad ,why Philippines police are so stupid , they let 9 peoples dead ..................

@yinyinkong2559 it wasn't just the fault of the philippine police, blame it on the media who served as the eye of the hostage taker. when he was inside the bus he was listening to the radio while the newscaster was telling everything that was happening such as "here comes the swat team they're attacking from behind..." that sort of stuff. so no matter how trained those police are, they'll never succeed, because the suspect inside knows everything that was happening.

@hard2messwith no , how come a swat team need nearly 2 hours to attack a bus ?? how come ,?? and when SWAT team outside , how come they didn't have a target, but they shot to the bus , and CNN " 3 hostage was dead , course the police use the hammer to broke the windows, indirectly to kill one person , becasue they throw the hammer on his head " , do u know that ??
