Didn’t they come out on 2003! I guess this the versions with the "short round" extra few minute’s interviews so Lucas can milk us more! No thanks not interested I’ll keep the 2003 editions in 6track DOLBY STEREO!
@jnwaddler68 That'd be a refreshing plotline, going back to the tradition of the original trilogy. Not that I didn't like Indy 4- I loved it, in fact- but a plot like that brings back memories of Indy's original adventures.
@mavivirgie I’d only touch the bluray if Paramount pictures sticks to using DOLBY TRUE-HD like they have been doing for years now. if they use dtsHDMA I will not touch it because the Indy films showcased in 70mm 6trcak DOLBY STEREO 1981 1984 1989. So it has to be DOLBY or fuck you bluray! I have cessed buying bluray for 4 months now go and figure why!
Un demone si è impossessato di una bambina...se non scrivi questa catena in altri 5 video in 3 minuti stanotte la bambina/demone comparirà nella tua stanza
They should make the 5th one in the year 2013 so the movie takes place in 1962. It could show Indiana Jones see the orgin of hippies, civil rights movemnts, and Martin Luther King.
I think its an original idea. No one else has come close to thinking up anything like that. Space ship? Yes. Temple? Yes. But space ship + temple? No. It made it different than the first 3 and WAY different from any other movie.
I bought the box-set when the trilogy first came out on dvd, and now they bring out ones with even better special features!! What are you trying to do to me Lucas?!!!!
I imagine that will happen this fall when KOTCS comes out to disc, but you're right. I'm sad too. I haven't seen the Indy films in two years waiting for the Blu-ray. Now I have to watch on crappy DVD
Yeah, really! I just watched the Indy movies on my old "digitally remastered" 1999 VHS tapes with ugly white display counters and tracking words and fuzziness all over the screen, and you are complaining about a DVD?
So, I take it that Blu-Ray beat HD DVD in the high-definition format war?

He going to lose his eye in the fifth one?
Usul573 3 years ago
What? Maybe they took out the parts with the older Indy with the eyepatch from the tv show on the dvd, but he did have an eye patch
Usul573 3 years ago 3
Yep.
Why did they cut him off ? These sequences were often very funny.

I've only seen a few snippets of Young Indy show

While I may not like a space ship in Indiana Jones so much, there's only a little bit with the alien and space ship

I want them in Poland! Come on Guys I want to buy it, release it!!!!!

No doubt, special features aren't worth a ton, just having a few is nice though
Usul573 3 years ago
I think it's basically the same thing with some different special features, so probably not
That's only what I think though, look it up
Usul573 3 years ago
I will bet you all that they will rerelease them again on BDDVD as a box set (including Crystal Skull). Lucas does this a lot

Wow, that's an amazing insight. Here's my prediction: the James Bond films will one day be released on Blu Ray.

I just wish they'd released these along with the DVD for Indiana Jones 4, then you could have all of them as a box set.
