They don't really know what they're doing. You're supposed to put product like mousse or gel in your hair when it's wet or damp. Hers was too dry, that's why her curls were frizzy. I've had lots of experience.

What a load of rubbish it is a plastic diffuser and looks a cheap one at that. Anyone will have the same effect from a normal diffuser - Therefore there is no need for this product and it brings nothing new to the market. BTW whats with the background music.

it's wavy, as you can see in all the other videos with Gemma in. The diffuser should work on all hair types but depending on the natural wave / curl, the finished look will differ.
