I can see that you like Classic Doctor Who. I do too! And I made a trailer for William Hartnell's last episode (The Tenth Planet). If you want, here is the link to it! Thanks so much for watching... even if you hate it! :)
John F Kennedy, was assassinated at 12:30 p.m. 18:30 current UK local time on Friday, November 22, 1963. 23 hours later at 5.16pm on the 23rd November 1963 the BBC premiered An Unearthly Child to the world of Doctor Who for the first time. At 8 years of age, sitting in front of our small cabinet Black and White TV watching the the first episode of Doctor Who, followed by the news review of the pervious day's events and forever had two images etched into my mind. martinftierney
@martinftierney : I was five in 1963 and I will always remember Doctor Who. I don't recollect anything about JFK until reading about him at school some years later.
@BBCClassicDoctorWho can you put the 2 shows of Recovery and Blackpool with David Tennant on the BBC channel so I can both record them on my TV. That'll be nice if you can do that. It will make everybody happy.
@EdHardy2552 I say I half agree with you (on the 1-10 part) and I respect your opinion about 11. I too used to think that but I've grown to like him. "The Doctor Wife" was what REALLY made me a100% fan of him. Though David Tennant will always be my Doctor since he was when I first started watching the show. :)
@EdHardy2552 Personally I don't think it's because of Matt Smith but more because of Steven Moffat and the other writers. It seems as if they've all got a competition going on who can make the most confusing messed up story so that only die hard Doctor Who fans will be able to follow. I really hope they get their act together for the next series and remember that it is essentially a family show and that should be simpler.
Is that a Fez? Fezzes are cool. It would be nice for the last regeneration of the Doctor to find his old control room (this one) in the Tardis.....like in the episode "The Doctor's Wife" where he finds 9th's/10th's one. It would be like a reunion. :)
@Cellblock1138 please note that in my comment I asked a question. "Is that a fez?" I was asking if it was or wasn't.....not If I have or haven't seen a fez, and yes. I have seen one. It kinda looks like one that's all....I'm not a doctor who freak, I only wanted to ask that as I thought that Matt Smith was referring to the 1st Doctor's hat....... :/ but thanks anyways for saying it's not.
@erestor629 Glad you liked my comment, I agree, there shoud be more connections to the history of the show. I've noticed they've actually showed William Hartnell's image a few times. For an out of the blue idea, I think now would be a good time to do a "multiple Doctors" type story featuring... Paul McGann - the 8th Doctor, I aways felt he got short-changed!
@1bmh1 I believe that they might be doing something like the 5 Doctors/3 Doctors again for the 50th anniversary in 2013. I'm not to sure through. But yeah, it would be nice to see some older stuff, maybe a few more flashbacks aswell? Well Paul McGann only did it for the movie I believe, no idea if he'll come back. Would be nice to see in the 50th all the different Tardis control rooms - throughout the episode they can move between them etc.
@erestor629 Matt Smith is refering to the episode in the Big Bang, where he appears wearing a fez saying Fezes are cool, (in the same way he says bowties are cool) and Amy and River dispose of it. I don't think it there was a previous appearance.
@eissacm I know when and wear is appeared thanks.....I do watch Doctor Who ya know! But thanks for saying that you dont believe there is a previous appearance, I just thought this might of been another one of those little cameo shots etc. :P I like Fezzes, there cool. Thanks.
@m06een00 Did you even read my comment?...read it again....and Yeah, I know what a Fez is thanks and I know who the comedian is aswell... -_-' All I said it that it looks like one from my view! geez.. :/
Still fantastic after all these years. I was 6, and my friend really did hide behind the settee. I've watched every episode since. Can't wait for the next series to begin.

The dematerialization sequence seems to have gotten more complex, but travel time seems to have decreased. Ah, the economics of space/ time travel.

@EdHardy2552 How so?
bartat404 8 months ago
@bartat404 He came after Tennant (who was unexplainable) & he dnt step up to the plate as an actor. So the show is kind getting worse.
Russel T Davies brought the show back but he left when Tennant left, then the show turned into more adult than a family show.
Don't get me wrong I love Who but the show is slowly going down, I hope the next regeneration is going to be better than Smith.
EdHardy2552 8 months ago
@EdHardy2552 I totally disagree...the show just gets better all the time!

Ugh, the "classic" series sucks. Overly silly, terrible acting and just downright awful in everyway. Thank goodness for the relaunch.
