  • The high ceiling thing is so true, where I live it's either windy or rainy or I'm out on my motorbike so I only practice indoors.

The ceiling in my house is tiny and when I'm practising 5 balls I can only do 9 catches at most which sucks considering how long and how much I practice.

I got to practice once at my friends house whose ceiling is huge and the difference it made mentally was just insane.

  • Do you have any advice for people without access to high ceilings to juggle under?

  • @nick13243 It depends how low the ceiling really is. Juggling 7 is of course going to be hard, but you don't need much ceiling height to do 5 balls. Then there are lots of things to do with 3 balls. But I'd first look for a high ceiling practice space - plus outside, of course. Other than that I don't know what else there would be to say - you could teach yourself some original stuff like juggling while lying on your back etc...

  • 4:36 = win :)

also practicing all the time on your knees really doesnt do them any favours. my knees are really bad after practicing on my knees for a year and a half
