I was stationed at Incirlik in 92-93. Don't remember any railings or grids on the steps or windows at Kizkalesi back then. If you could submit more videos of the Incirlik village, stables, Red Onion (is it still there?) or Cleopatra's birthplace & falls it would be so wonderful. It was my best assignment!!
It's "Heyecan" by Serdar Ortac. It took me a while to find the name of the song, and that of the artist. A shopkeeper in Incirlik made me a CD of current Turkish music, but the disc didn't include the names of the songs and artists. I have now posted the info as a popup on the video.
