These are advanced tactical pieces, that are practiced mainly by academies. So these will take a long time to master for a grassroots club, because this is advanced stuff and the way its played needs to be quick and sharp and each individual player plays a part, using their vision and individual tactical knowledge. I'd recommend if you intend to practice this stuff, start off by grasping a deep understanding of the formation first and each individuals role.

@penguincontact Lol, theres nothing secretive about these tactics, there not exactly new and plus allot of teams use them, even grassroots level. You'll find that most tacitcs used in football have been around for years, but have just been revamped or just used more than they used to be.

This is a great video.  I'm a defender and it's incredibly helpful to hear about tactics from someone who knows their business. I'm all about keeping the ball on the ground and playing from the back, and this reinforces that idea.

this highlights how important off the ball movement is and dragging players to create space..this is great tactical play, Mr. Wells knows what he'd doing. Dragging players and stretching sides leads to success on the pitch. Creating an extra yard, or that extra moment for you or your team mate on the ball can be the difference between turning the ball over, or creating a game changing moment that will aid your side.
