Actually, he is legally elected. After the former PM was asked to step down because he was found guilty on committing a crime. The head of the MPs the asked the same set of MPs to choose a new PM and Mr.Abhisit was chosen at that time. So i cant see any point where it was illegal and as far as i can tell he is one of the best and wise PM we ever had. Never mind yours but he is our best... best wishes for u sir!

He is not legally elected because he never won any election. He only won 20% of the seats in the open, 2005 elections. Thaksin won over 70%, I recall, a massive landslide. He could not win any elections.
